One of those unique breeds that dwell in the snowy forests of Russia and pad the icy plains of the Taiga. Imported to the United States from their homeland in 1990, they gradually became known as loving, intelligent household pets. Their athletic build supports their reputation for being exceptionally agile jumpers and their thick, medium-long coat is also reputed to bear hypoallergenic qualities. This coupled with their great size and dog-like personality makes them an energetic, fun-loving feline that you might just consider adding to your household!
Our adventure with siberian cats started with a desire to breed a reliably healthy feline with strong genetics, who would have all the qualities one would look for in, not just a pet, but a friend. After much in-depth research, the Traditional Siberian came as the unmistakable answer. Wishing to avoid any Persian/Siamese genes, we decided that no color points, also known as Neva Masquerade, would be part of our breeding program. We contacted reputable breeders and were able to find pristine Siberian from champion lineage. Our Siberian cats turned out to exceed all our expectations. We feel blessed to live with these remarkable cats.
